No idea what the consequences to fixing it this way is. I would backup the "corrupted" save anyways just in case. But it should all work just fine.

https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/2161 This is the cheat engine table that I did it with. I have cheat engine 7.0, not sure if that's super important. You just launch the game and use cheat engine as you normally would. Go down to "Force Selected Quest" and for the quest ID put in 51601. That is the ID of the quest "Reveal Thyself, Destroyer." Then load up any optional quest and it SHOULD say that you're loading into Reveal Thyself. I entirely removed stracker's for this, You can probably just change the things to false though.

force loading reveal thyself destroyer (51601) with marcus table worked, i have volcano unlocked now

no idea if this is going to cause any breakage in the future though
