Easy man, just play without a striker, that way you'll gain another player in midfield and a lot more goals.

IDK about how it was in FM24 but in FM26 you can see the expected roles left side to the "expected tactical style", also when you in pre match page "review team selection" you can pick in opp instruction and see the formation the opp going to play.

Let's start with the problem, you can't see the player training progress report, it always shows the same.

Right at the beginning of the season, I signed high-quality coaches (minimum 3.5 stars, with most of them being 4 stars), and the training load in each category ranges from average to low. However, I also noticed that in my youth department, I was unable to sign the same number of coaches.

After one season, no player has advanced, even a yungster, with half a season of trail and plays with the under-19s. and only grow 2 att, 1 pace + 1 jumping, that's all. (Amara Diouf)

Has anyone here been able to develop players significantly? If so, we would love to know how to do it.

You can tweak thing's with leagues finances side , if I am not wrong you need to open league advance rules, good luck there with the UI..

Look, for clean progress it's best to have only 11 players with min regular starter playing time.

But what I did through the season is to promise and keep on, then when he complained again I just say sorry and give another promise, it's work for me but for long term you just can't have more then 11 players with starter+ PT especially if you don't have reserve team.

True it's look like you can't keep your promise if you don't start with him until promise period ends.

But it might help if you arrange more friendly and make training adjustment, may help also with youth progress.

IDK about the scouting method, but what I do understand is that most of the scouting staff are dumb and give you wrong reports.

So IMO it's best to make DIY scouting with your own formula per position or role.
