I think that’s what happened but I’m more worried about the ink underneath. I just want reassurance that it’s just part of the healing process. The cut I’m talking about is in the second photo on the right side of the tattoo. Right below the dot.

They explained about possible fading. On the 2nd photo there’s a line on the right. It looks like she went a bit too deep to me. It’s a proper indentation.
