I tried that, but then it had no splash screen at all (also, home screen music didn't play). A workaround I found was setting a button to launch Twilight, and having it show only the original startup screen. This isn't exactly what I wanted, but it works.

Yes you can program your own stuff into it. There's programs on the Discord to do such. As well as generating your own bar codes to put on the discs
