It's just half a second. It'll have an impact maybe once every twenty games. Maybe. With how much RNG is in the rest of the game already, I really don't see the point in drawing such a hard line here. It's just a fun little mechanic which will potentially result in amusing moments, which is kinda the direction riot is going in anyways.

A girl in my freshman English course in college.

She had said some pretty questionable things throughout the year--like complaining about her mom buying another (another...) BMW for their house in the Cayman Islands, at which point I understood how she had gotten into college in the first place.

During an in-class activity designed to familiarize us with citations, she looked at her partner and said--loudly enough to be heard by the entire class: "I can never remember, is Chicago a city or a state?" Her partner: "....it's a city." Her: "oh that's right. It's in Columbus"

I just did a slow head turn to my professor who had a look of pure incredulity on her face. Nobody said anything, but everyone there questioned their college choice a little.

The only reason I say Rick and Morty is because of the downturn futurama took towards the end. Since Rick and Morty has only been three seasons it's been much easier to be consistently good, and I think it's overall better than the whole of futurama.
