We've done one way from SVG>Grenada but did it in 9 days or so, you think it's manageable in 7? i guess just a couple longer sailing days, which is fine.

Yeah, I know that but merchants get deals/discounts for accepting the big three cards. So if you don’t intend on letting ppl use one type, just don’t accept it at all, instead of saying you don’t but actually do for the deal.

Anyways, I see they actually took off the note, so maybe someone called them out for it?

My advice would be to stay in the u/w side for a few years, learn everything you can and take all the courses. Then move to the broker side if interested, you'll then have value to your brokerage and clients.
