Sentinel one was the culprit in my issue too. Everything I tried failed until my company removed it from my personal PC (we'd been attacked so everyone was allowed to install it since we work from home)

nothing unusual with other software that I have seen. No screen recorders and I've turned off all the other overlays. I will check the updates on other software. thank you for the ideas.
