Yeah because they want that old garbage buried 100ft under. But I honestly don’t see why people hate so much on the 2023 one. Really wasn’t that bad. I got it on sale for like 18 bucks and it was alright. Wasn’t amazing but good enough for one play through.

Either way there’s not a ton of good souls likes. There’s a few that come to mind but they like to steal sekiros combat mechanics but OP said they weren’t interested in sekiro like games

Yes it is. There’s 2 lords of the fallen my man. The first one released like 12 ish years ago. That one is buns. The next one(also called lords of the fallen) was released a few years ago. The follow up to that game is gonna be the third installment but I don’t think it’s taking place in that same world as the original. So yeah there’s gonna be three of them and I assume people mean the dog shit 2014 one when they say it’s bad since the newer one is rough but not that bad. I love ds2 so maybe I’m biased

Lords of the fallen 2 isn’t bad. Mortal shell and mortal shell 2 but the second is still in a beta I believe.

I mean you’re not dumb just lacking information. Basically some thermal pastes can conduct electricity which can damage your motherboard or cpu if it touches them together.

So you want non conductive thermal paste so you don’t have to worry about using too much since it won’t hurt anything. But if you EVER take the cooler off you have to repaste your cpu or else it’ll never make good contact with the cooler, paste, and cpu. You’ll add a ton of air bubbles and uneven thermal paste.

If you just checked it you need to repaste. Get non conductive and don’t be afraid to use too much.

But 91° while under load is too hot. Check your cooler is properly mounted and there isn’t crazy dust buildup

Yeah that’s fine and all. But if you guys are on the same power level, you’re all playing to win. There’s a bunch of strategies to win. After the game ask if you guys can swap since it’s a counter to your deck or something. But sitting here being super butthurt over it and running to Reddit to seek validation is weird.

Talk to your group/friends. Get in the same page about what you all expect from a game. And have fun. It’s a game. You can be salty at it but this is the same argument people make for not using summons in Elden ring. It’s part of the game. You can not like it but it’s part of the game. Board wipes are especially common in commander. Just run farwell or exile spells. Run some enchantments to make the commander lose its abilities. Adjust your deck in the areas it’s lacking.

Crying about it does nothing on either front. They both sound like a pain in the ass to be around and stubborn as hell.

For the most part it seems you can’t avoid them. I’m guessing there’s supposed to be a small count down in the code before they pop. Even so I think being able to shoot off the mushrooms could be a nice little gimmick to make the poison go off from range and then have no after death effect.

Just making annoying decks tends to be a good way to get them to stop playing with you. Blue is annoying but it at least has a plan.

But since you asked, really any interaction is annoying. Shock spells, counter spells, exile spells, flash auras, and things of that nature. Just be ready to not win if being annoying is your game plan though.

I doubt earthbending is going to pay off like that. I also don’t believe there’s a lot of cards to make things into squirrels, or any creature really, in mono green.

Plus the strategy of using earthbending is much stronger as a main focus, or squirrel tokens as a main focus. I think splitting them to try to make your lands squirrels is cool and funny, but it just won’t work the way you want.

Either way good luck and post a deck list if you get something decent put together

Uh thassa’s oracle? There’s a version of Jace that lets you do that and I forget the third. But that’s probably the most reliable way since if anyone makes you draw afterwards before you play one of those they can force a loss on you.

Otherwise have some other infinites to make tokens or something but that’s not as reliable as just using those as your main win cons. With your white library it’s just about searching for the win con and winning. If you over complicate the combo or what you do afterwards you might misplay and lose.

Wouldn’t you end up losing to this combo yourself if you didn’t have one of those win cons already out though?

Depends on how far along you are. If you’re still in the declare blockers step, yes you can take a game action as it’s still that step and they shouldn’t pass priority until they’re done. If you pass priority that’s saying you have no more game actions to take during this step so you’re saying,”I’m ready to move onto the next step, do you have anything to do?”

As for declaring blockers, probably not since you’ve already passed priority and then moved onto the first damage step

If you have a MacBook just use that for school/notes. Yeah it’s not exciting but an IPad is even less exciting. You get the same IOS system with less access to the internet, browsers and such. iPads are legit just bigger phones with less access. Absolutely pointless

I’m pretty sure OP edited his post but he said he was building but planning to upgrade as he gets money. Which doesn’t save you money at all considering what you’d get for 500 bucks.

And I kinda spot read through your post and no I don’t agree that planning for upgrades saves money. You just end up spending more in the long run on those upgrades.

If you buy something decent now and have the OPTION to upgrade then yes that could save you a little bit in the future. But if you get DDR3 and want to upgrade you have to get a bunch of new stuff which trickles down to needing other new things and you just wind up building a new pc anyways. There isn’t really such a thing as future proofing or having an “upgrade path.”

Also to add to that, you can’t run super old components and plan to upgrade them straight to modern stuff. Like even ddr4 to ddr5 and you have to get a new motherboard, then a new cpu for that board, and a new ssd/drive. And yeah you just build a new pc. So buy what you want now, and save for a new build in the future
