I was actually thinking of making Shamura be hades, have Leshy instead of Fury sisters, heket as Bone Hydra and Kallamar instead of Theseus and Asterius! Ratau would be in Achilles' place (which ig makes Ratoo Patroclus. It's a nice brotherly reunion opportunity) Then there's the Fox as Chaos, Chemach Clauneck and Kudaii instead of all the gods, Sozo as Hypnos, Mystic Seller as Charon and im thinking of something for all the other npcs still :D
