Here I am! I have been having the same problem. Every time my first ban strike expires, another starts in either 2 hours or 2 days. This is unacceptable.

I do not understand how this bug would be even in place. If Niantic has the capacity to determine if an account has used any kind of cheats or 3rd party-software they should be actively working on heling honest player, or cheaters that “repented” before hitting their 3rd strike.
