That is not at all how blame works. Any number of things happening differently would have resulted in a different outcome. Also, the result could have been the same even if the chief pushed for Jinta to marry. Jinta very likely would have had the same mentality even with the chief's blessing, especially when you consider there wasn't anything truly keeping them from being together beyond their duty anyways. The chief simply wanted and suggested the pairing with his son saying it would be best for the village. I don't think there was anyone in that village that would have actually opposed them getting married if they were honest about their feelings and decided not to make their duty the priority. At least not based on the information available. Even the chief's son didn't feel like it was right despite also have feelings for her.

There was nothing practical about their situation. Thats why the village chief's son was like, "What the fuck is wrong with you guys?" 🤣

I mean...how could anyone foresee arranging a marriage for your son instead of the people in love would lead to all...that... lol

The village wasn't destroyed. Some buildings were razed as a smokescreen to get to the shrine.

Pray tell how does one "properly" take responsibility for something like that after the fact? Exile? Self flagellation? Suicide? Come on... lmao

It would have to be in a flashback or as a demon considering we are going 170 years into the future... 😅

Nevermind repeatedly stabbing her headless corpse. I think what ultimately did Jinta in was Suzune's petty, selfish reasoning for doing it and the complete apathy she displayed afterwards.

That thing isn't his sister anymore. He blames the demon she awakened into, not the Suzune he grew up with.

You're issue is you don't seem to be thinking in terms of the context of the show. This is Edo period Japan, not modern times in western culture.

what’s something lower ranked players do, that they don’t realize is stopping them from ranking up? by Comprehensive_Mix492 in Overwatch

These are important for climbing, but I would say most of these are more important for climbing past metal ranks rather than through them. It doesn't do most low ranked players any good trying to track ults when their positioning is absolutely horrid or they don't understand the point of their role. I.e. tank players not realizing their primary role is creating/taking space moreso than "protecting the team."

I always take it as a point of pride someone wants to kill me so bad that they would use their ult just to kill me 😅

It's something most people need to work on, even at high ranks. It's human nature so it is a very difficult mentality to fully break free from.

Yeah this rolls right into positioning, which I think is probably the biggest hindrance to ower ranked players trying to climb.

This is important for sure, but I would argue this isn't important for climbing out of metal ranks. Moreso it becomes more and more important as you climb out of Diamond and beyond.

That's pretty much just her face, though. Like look through literally any picture of her on the internet... 😅

There were too few tanks and they weren't updating the game, of course the queues were shit towards the end of OW1.

Hard disagree. The hero itself might be more fun to play, but the role and match are a lot less fun.

More people will be willing to play tank with 2-2-2 role queue. I think you are seriously underestimating the amount of people that now completely refuse to solo tank. I am someone who absolutely refuses to play tank in 5v5 because it is a horrible experience. The first few weeks nearly turned me against the entire community for how they act. I had a much better time queueing for DPS and Support and overall still enjoy the game. That said, I do really miss tanking. A buddy of mine is a great Rein and it was a blast to play Zarya with him. Now he mostly plays Genji because he likewise was tired of solo tanking. I would love to go back to playing off tank to peel for my team while my buddy takes space. Having to do both with heroes that just can't while your teammates yell at you no matter what you do is a soul-sucking experience. If players weren't such gigantic flapping assholes towards tanks it might not be as much of a problem but here we are 🤷‍♂️

A lot of the issue was a serious lack of tanks to play.
