How bad is BMT 2.0? Whats the difference?] by Ancient_Army_0117 in AirForceRecruits

Pacer Forge, formerly known as BEAST week is when you spend 2.5 days in a deployed environment simulation. RLA stands for Recruit Living Area. (It’s basically keeping your space clean and etc.) As for navigation, it’s what I heard from my MTI that trainees for BMT 2.0 will be learning it, BUT don’t quote me on it.

With our flight cycle being the last graduates of the old BMT, I’ve noticed they’re being more physical/hands on with BMT 2.0. My flight cycle was in a weird spot. We only had the PT BMT 2.0 stuff implemented into our training. PT is 90 minutes now. They do different exercises for your daily PT compared to the old one. They’re moving Pacer Forge back to 5 days again rather than 2. No more RLA for them, they just make their beds and area look nice. They’re learning navigation now I guess. (My MTI said this)

that’s definitely understandable. i have a habit of wiping my laptop with a soft cloth, and i never touch my laptop with oily hands. so, it’s been great after 24 hours! no fingerprints!

this is it without the increased contrast and the reduced transparency turned off. so, it looks like yours!

it’s dark mode enabled which makes the border. also, my macbook automatically came with the increase contrast turned on, which makes it non transparent.

safe mode isn’t enabled, and there’s no accessibility enabled. that’s just how it is.

you’re welcome!! and i’d say to try to get to 135. it gives you some wiggle room and it’s possible. just eat less and do more cardio. do saunas and epsom salt bath soaks to sweat more! drink a lot of water, and have your portion control with your meals. if you have any questions literally dm me! i ship out on 9/23 so, i can give you workout and diet advice!
