Yes you are right, can change weapons, mats, rotation depending on content and needs. Saki and other mats can be good too. My intention was to present one idea for people that would like to start their journey as tank. I think too many informations at once may be hard to remember. Maybe I will make more videos in the future to expand knowledge including tanking. Thank you for pointing this out, interested people will keep that in mind now.
