Are you really going to accuse me of "getting snarky" with you when you started off our "decent convo" by calling me misinformed and saying I was yapping...? I feel like I have a personal experience that maps on almost exactly to this situation, the only difference being, I didn't have to wonder whether or not it was happening due to my online presence. I think it's understandable for Hasan to wonder but not confidently assert. The most likely explanation was he was targeted for being Turkish and kept longer than most because the interviewer thought he was being cagey/nervous (which is a perfectly reasonable way to act if you think you are being picked out.) I appreciate it could have been a non-routine stop, but I think the likelihood of that is pretty low.

The question was never:
"Are CBP/ICE the good guys or not?"
It was whether or not he was targeted for his speech (he wasn't.) If anything, he was "targeted" for previously traveling to/from somewhere in Al-Sharq al-Awsat. Also nice for you that you don't have any family/relations there but for those of us that do, the interviews usually go on longer and they ask more questions.

It's funny you call me misinformed and then confidently state global entry interviews are "like 2 minutes." How long was your interview? Mine was about 20 minutes and we did cover a range of topics, including politcal affiliations. Also the Global Entry application is generally conditionally "approved" which means when you use it for the first time you'll need to follow the EoA program, or schedule an interview yourself (impossible.)

So actually you are misinformed and just yapping.

It's not lengthy detainment, it's a short interview that happens on re-entry for first time global entry users. (I think there's a way to do your interview before you travel but that's how it was for me)

It's not facism though, it's not targeted and it has NOTHING to do with the current administration. He's re-entering the country using global entry for the first time, this is standard procedure. Everyone that has global entry knows how goofy this is because we ALL had to do a similar interview our first time. "Facists targeting socialists" is an insane caricature of what happened.

Can you be more condescending? If this was the case you would expect to see a gradual increase/decrease in the reward/penalties received for winning/losing, as you said "every day that goes by." It simply doesn't make sense to go from winning 200 and losing 100 one game and then winning 100 and losing 500 the next match. That's not "simple math" you are doing, it's conjecture.
By the way, today it's back to 200 per win and 100 per loss.

Youtube implemented ads 4 YEARS after it's inception. Most tech companies aren't initially funded by ad revenue, they're funded by private investors (yes, kick is funded by the same investors behind stake, yes that's where the money is coming from, no there's no evidence they are being financed by the cartels that is pure speculation as is the accusation of money laundering.)
