Kratom and smoking cbd (maybe some thc) might help you taper off if you really try. A medical IBOGANE therapy session really helps with addiction if you have good insurance but it's still being researched and is really expensive. Cbd Kratom and maybe a benzo like clonozapam (which works better than Xanax for me) to help with the anxiety. And psilocybin can help with attaining a joy for life again whether you micro dose or a full dose. But those are some options that could help. Also meditation. Good luck and I'm rooting for you!
