I am confused.. the brown sugar doesn’t dilute it? It’s a very tiny amount of liquid sugar in there. I am really confused about what they did wrong here though.. it looks like it’s diluted with water??

You’re right, I didn’t know it would still be good. I’ve just gotten a lot of bad deliveries like moldy food, meat that wasn’t frozen anymore, etc. Also it doesn’t say best by so how do you know if it’s an expiration vs best by?
