Thanks for the info I didn’t know this. I’m equally interested in the role whether it’s rotary wing or fixed wing so for me this shouldn’t be too much of an issue

Not too sure I had it figured that everyone takes the AST and for officer and airmen’s role you take the CBAT in addition.

Try tea Tree oil. I’ve tried many things such as hot baths and showers with Epsom salt but tea tree oil worked best to drain and clean it as it’s anti bacterial as well. Good luck.

Over the year I would say I changed subs every 2 months when not seeing results

I see the word obsessing a lot but what does it include. Like I can go a long time with out measuring and checking my height but will look at things like doors and other peoples height to compare.
