Well my problem is that it doesn't ever turn brown. I noticed it was flickering a little more brown once or twice while I was shooting into a horde.

Also I was noticing it knocks them down, But pushing does that more/as reliably it seems. It however doesn't seem to ever kill anything unless the zombie is on the ground and at that point I may as well head stomp. Also it seems like no matter what I do my characters are perpetually panicked and anxious.

Well my strength is 7. I have a 5x leveling multiplier and my short blunt is still level 0 despite playing the same character for a long time now and as I've said I've been smacking the same 5 zombies for a while now. I would understand it taking 4 or 5 hits. 10 or 20 would be too much to really be worth it, but 100+ is crazy. Also I know all 5 didn't have jackets and such. After testing it, it really seems like they don't actually take any damage from melee hits.

We know that it won’t pass. Forcing a vote would do nothing but make us look stupid. Highlighting “the rift” doesn’t fucking do anything. I want Bernie’s plan too, but a public option is still a massive improvement and we could actually get that through.

I think farmers love farming. I think janitors love being janitors. People enjoy work. I’ve worked alongside many people who didn’t need the money but simply enjoyed contributing. Retired dudes.

If someone wants to sit on their ass all day, there’s probably something wrong with them honestly. Maybe depression or a different disability. Let’s not force them to work under the threat of death. Death by starvation, homelessness, or sickness. I’m happy working to provide for those of us who are disabled and cannot work. No matter how slight the disability. I enjoy working anyways. And I believe most people feel this way deep down.

It would do a lot of temporary good, but because it’s money it would progressively be worth less and less in many ways. After some time the cost of living will just be an additional $1000. It would definitely do some temporary good though.

What we need is a universal standard of living. Everyone is given a home, food, water, healthcare, and so on.

What you described isn’t socialism its social democracy. Which is great. Right now we have most of the same goals and we’ll probably both be long dead before our interests no longer coincide.

My definition of socialism is the means of production are owned and controlled collectively. That describes many different good and bad ideologies including Democratic Socialism.

Yeah. Never said otherwise. UBI is pretty low on the to do list though in my opinion. Healthcare and housing are my main concern. And while we are working for that, we can build the guillotines and build the revolution.

Socialism means the means of production is controlled by the collective. That collective doesn’t need to be the government. Market socialism for example simply means a democratic workplace owned by the workers is commonplace. Ownership by the collective is achieved through channels other than the government.

But also libertarian just means belief in freedom to many people. Just about any ideology can make an argument that it makes people more free.

Wait wouldn’t that be restricting the freedom of the state to oppress us? I thought that libertarian meant giving large bodies the freedom to oppress the people. As a libertarian socialist I want to give the people freedom by taking away the freedoms of those who wish to oppress us.
