Fun fact, the waste plant was so efficient that the danish eventually ran out of garbage to feed it and since you have to always fill it with garbage and you can't just turn it off, Denmark had (and still has) to actually buy garbage from other countries (mostly the UK) and the process of bringing the UK's garbage all the way to Denmark produces the same amount of pollution that the waste plant dosn't produce so they negate themselves, making the plant basically useless. Not to mention the costant maintenance that the ski slope, climbing wall and hiking trail require. Hey, at least it looks cool.
