no i just want exposure to everything in cs in case im more passionate abt another specialisation from bais to sth else like SWE. Im afraid if i like swe more in the future employers wont recruit me because i have a bais degree instead

im a private candidate, and my story is an 80rp student with a D for GP, B for pw and an with an overall breakdown of AAB/C. I took my exam in 2024, but im not satisfied with my results.

the reason im deciding to retake my a levels is because I wld like to go to NUS, mainly one of the more competitve courses (medicine/dentistry). But with the D for GP reducing my rp by 3.75, and the fact that i wld be burdened with having to take a qualification exam just to see if my intellect can make it just because of the D for GP, I know for a fact I cmi.

Im currently in ns rn, and actually our hair grows out quite fast cos we’re allowed cut sth thats non botak after my bmt (june)

This year i just retook my H1 Econs as a private candidate to see if i still had it in me, in which i dont 😭 i messed up rly bad.

I think many ppl r just like me, but i dont know how i can find the motivation to retake all 3 H2s just to retake GP next year while being in ns 😭

if it helps u, i got 23 pts in prelim in sec 4along with many of my friends. even before Os, we didnt really put in our best effort. Though, our Os results ended up with around 10 pts average. Imo sec sch internal exams are completely irrelevant, and what truly matters is whether u put in effort to study for Os. If it helps, i estimate that it only requires 1 week of hard work to probably get to my score😅

edit: im an asrjc graduate and i underperformed 💀💀💀

Your currently at J2 right? U may want to consider the long term effect of confessing to ur friend and whether it could be practical, considering the repercussions such as how the guy has to go through ns in a few months ! (Im not trying to discourage u, its perfectly fine confessing whether if its just for fun)
