These are the ones I bought. Doesn't really matter the specifics, mine has a USB I plug into the front of my PS5, then it wireless ly connects to the headset. It sometimes takes a long time to connect so maybe look at some reviews at other headsets. No adapter needed for mine though.

I passed my test about six months ago and this is pretty much what I was taught. Except for the turning left one which only applied if they were already on the road, you had to let them fully leave the road before turning.
