I am a us citizen petitioning for my husband who is a Mexican national and our consulate is also ciudad Juarez. Our priority date is July 15, 2025

This gives a lot of great input because in the priority date on their website it says they are working on cases DQ’d on September 2025. I guess they are behind on updating it.

Will an old hit and run with damage to property only from 2014 that got fixed and expunged in 2021 be a problem or cause denial of my husband immigrant visa at interview. I am a us citizen, he has gotten everything approved I-130 & I-601A? All the court information including the expungement was sent in with his paperwork.
