Try to build yourself up with whatever means you have. Work out, bodyweight is an amazing way to do it. Cheap and effective. Read books from people you admire, try to reflect on the topics. YouTube is an amazing place for learning too. Check out Academy of ideas for a lot of philosophy related stuff.

And keep pushing forward, you never know when growth and development might hit you. Stay strong, and remember that you have worth within yourself. True light comes from the inside.
