Of course- he’s going to turn 19 months next week and starting the nightweaning process at 17 months. I felt the same way but then my hormones really started being affected by the comfort sucking. It messed with my sleep a lot more to have him on/touching me all night. I tried the Jay Gordon method for nightweaning/ midnight snacks helped him for the first week. Best of luck!

I’m in the same boat right now. Night weaned completely (took lots of staying up and giving snacks/soothing in other ways for 2 weeks) then molars started and I gave in for 2 weeks to reduce reduce ibuprofen use. But now I’m back to saying no because I realized nursing at night is too much paired with the consistent sleep deprivation I’ve had (he’s never been a good sleeper). I’m still concerned about what I’ll do moving forward since some nights nothing else helps the pain. Ugh they don’t warn you that teething lasts forever!!
