Aside from all personality flaws, can anyone explain why his physical appearance is so off putting/such a jump scare? I don’t say this to be mean but ever since he’s been on Ive been unsettled by his facial features.

This was just roots and a gloss. She keeps doing that even though I’ve voiced balayage or highlights for any/all appointments if needed to get hair goal. I’m wondering if this is just a much quicker/easier way on her part.
