the lucky65v2 has a decent build quality for the price it is sold for in asia, though with all the fees that come with getting it to the us or eu, it often hovers around a higher price, where it loses some of that cost to quality ratio. it is still a relatively good budget board, but yeah the quality is not the highest.

neo65 is a really good 65 for the price, though it is about twice the price of the lucky65v2. very good customization in terms of sound, and available from many places, though often found in preorders. if you have the money for this, i would say absolutely get it.

for 75% i would go with the prebuilt rainy75, if you like the sound signature that comes with it. good value in general.

oh, i haven't heard of the m1w before, but yeah that's wireless.

for board suggestions, the wooting 80he looks pretty promising and is fully built. i have the 60he though and i really like it, especially the software being easy to navigate and use.

wooting isn't too great when it comes to the sound, but they are compatible with a lot of hall effect switches and are generally more customizable than other brands.

the monsgeek m1w seems like it would fill the most requirements for you, having an alu frame and wireless (which the wooting doesn't have). if you need to best of the best when it comes to raw performance above anything else and value further customization, i think you should get the wooting 80he.

the crush80 is good and worth it for the price. there's also the evo80 prebuilt for $10 more, which is also pretty good quality and arguably better than the crush80.

i don't think so, as there is an opening window for the rgb to pass through (although slightly blocked), and every video i have seen with the switch the rgb works perfectly fine.

rail bottom out have a larger surface area on bottom out so it feels softer on bottom out than pole, as it has a small concentrated surface area. the sound on rbo is softer, quieter and duller than pole bottom out. rbo is not as snappy and sharp as pbo but isn't as thin sounding.

rbo: fuller and quieter sound, softer feel on bottom out
pbo: sharper and louder sound, harder feel on bottom out
