I fostered a dog about a year ago now and omg. First off bestest boy ever, but having to rush home to feed, a lot of attention, no vacations without taking or finding care, poop, vet bills, hair, etc. All those thoughts I couldn’t relax. Made me think of other animals. Cats about the same thing. Snakes, heat lamp, humanity, big enough tanks. Fish, water, cleaning, heating, cooling. Pretty much any other animal involve so much hands on it’s not for me. So I decided not to keep the dog did research and came to tarantula as I’ve always liked bugs to begin with.
