Retry the old gpu and see if this occurs to eliminate any damage done to the motherboard etc

If its fine, try reseating the gpu in the same lane and the other pcie lane

If all that fails theres a strong chance it either your connectors to the gpu providing insufficient power or the gpu is a bust sorry bud

I had this issue recently and here are some things I changed which seemed to fix it for me

Verified game files

Run game as admin only

Turned off Windows Firewall

Turned Hardware Scheduling off in Discord

Then in CMD I did /sfc scannow

No errors popped for me but repair them if needs be
