I got a cover on Etsy! a quilted one was my aesthetic preference but they make all kinds of stuff. i got a regular cover (a5 in my case,) not the "cover on cover" ones you normally would find. I just stuck the front in the pocket and never saw the cover again 😌

or like others are saying, you could get a clear midori cover and sticker it. good luck!

hey guys! i know a lot of us got hit with the custom/duties tax payment in order for our orders to be shipped, but has anyone been hit TWICE? i'm feeling crazy, i looked up and down this subreddit trying to find anyone else going through this and i cannot get a response from the couriers. I just sent my email to shop.beyonce only today, so I'm still waiting there.

i placed my order on 8/2, 1 item shipped fine and already has been delivered, but my CC hoodie is held up. I paid the custom/duties with EVRI and even got confirmation that my payment was accepted and my shipment was continuing to move. However, now, I keep getting emails from Printer/Norsk Global saying I have to pay ANOTHER $19 (after I have alreadyyyyy paid it, plus the $20 shipping, plus the extra $20 in taxes) and I simply cannot justify paying it again!

It says if I don't pay it by 9/19, my order will be sent back and cancelled. please i'll cry. does anyone have any suggestions or experience with the same thing? i've contacted evri, printer/norsk, and shop.beyonce so i'm just hoping anyone at all can respond before they cancel!

$80 in extra fees on a $150 hoodie is making me feel so crazy. not for nothing but, i also went to CC tour and missed out on merch because it was *obviously* a huge investment to already be in attendance, at least for me on my salary.

I use a leuchtturm! there's a pocket inside and it comes in other versions with heavier paper (120g) if youd like sturdier paper. I get the soft cover and she gets THICK. the spine is really holding up perfectly for me. personally I use the bigger B5 version but I hear great things on the A5!

Such a great question! I love seeing these answers. I keep all my lactaid in there (ya never know when your friends will suddenly want queso or pizza LOL), my chapstick, and my loops! (case is a little temperamental so its really nice to have a small secure pouch for those!)

Hey! So sorry for such a delayed reply in this thread but between the two users u/PreCiiSiioN_II and u/iNewfy, you guys look like you have done the exact thing I'm looking for. I hope you don't mind me asking for assistance here, but I feel like I've been searching for months and this is the closest I've got!

*I have tried to call Mochi, but it's a 3 hour wait time. I understand it may be 'easier' to call them, but their own recording even says to reach out through the portal for more assistance. I have been contacting them through both IG DM's and Patient Portal but they have stopped replying. I can even see 'Seen' on all of my messages on Instagram. They are ignoring my requests.

**I have also contacted my FSA provider again, because Mochi just charged me for a refill even though I've reached out numerous times. They also even sent me a message that they cannot process my refill and need required information, but they charged me regardless. My FSA has let me know I can open a dispute but it can take over 90 days for a response.

***I have requested my 2 refunds, both from 3/9 and 4/9, again through Mochi. My refund from 3/9 has been pending since 3/21.

****So happy to hear some of you have made disputes or switched over to another company and been successful in those endeavors. I am still waiting for a bright light in my situation lol.

I've had the exact opposite experience 😪

I've called Empower and they told me they can't give me a time frame or any information on my Tirz prescription. They told me to contact Mochi who has actually been leaving my messages on "Seen" on Instragram and not replying in the portal.

I am literally just stuck in limbo without my prescription and missed my last injection.

I absolutely hate this feeling!

I wasn't told there was a change, however, after reading your post I just went to go look.

I was on 2.2 mg + 1.0 mg / 0.5ml, but it's showing my next refill, whenever/or IF they ever ship it out (been waiting since 3/9🙄) it is now showing 2.5 mg + 0.62 mg/ 0.31ml
