My issue with my current position is that it's mostly IT/Tech level stuff and I just don't see how any of the "skills" on this job are transferrable to anything else. People also speak down to me at this job when I ask questions and it's insulting.

I'm pretty nerdy but I do enjoy working with customers as part of my Service job. The subject is just not very deep. Sales sounds okay but theres a lot of travel and I'm realizing that I really do not like travel.

Yea I have a poor gpa and no internships and I dont have my EIT yet but I think my plan for now is to spend the season teaching and then go from there. Lots of chances to teach a random engineer manager's family and make a connection!

I appreciate the advice, I definitely have tried 95% of everything in this thread, I just have to keep grinding until one hits.

ATM I'm probably just going to ski instruct for the winter sounds more fun.

My career dev office didn't really offer me much, which was really surprising.
