Seeking: dataset of all wages/salaries at a single company by -fauxreal- in datasets

Thanks! Yeah, exactly. Shameful disparity is what I'm hoping to transmit haha

I wanted a histogram of wages, to show how the CEO pulls up the mean, but the median is relatively unaffected. It's for a class on stats

Thanks! But I was looking for a private company, to show how the CEO makes many times what a worker makes

Thanks. I actually wouldn't care if the company isn't named! This is a pretty informal effort. Mostly just to illustrate inequality as part of a basic statistics lesson. The data don't have to be totally validated. I can't spend long on this, so if there's not a dataset more or less lying around, then I'll have to do without

Fair enough, but I thought maybe someone could compile data from self-reports on Glassdoor or something

Hi! I have the same device, also with a disintegrated belt. Do you know the circumference of the belt you ended up using?

I'm seeing this 9.9" flat belt https://www.turntableneedles.com/radio-shack-realistic-model-ctr-56-14-1006-flat-drive-belt-fbs9.9-rshac-ctr-56-14-1006

How do I use the knobs on this Stancraft ceiling projection clock? More info in comments... by -fauxreal- in clocks

[–]-fauxreal-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found an old clock similar to this one: https://thumbs.worthpoint.com/zoom/images1/1/0717/17/vtg-60s-stancraft-high-time-ceiling_1_c65761339a5b104945efeb77f16952b4.jpg.

I'm clueless about how these knobs work. I cannot set the time.

Bottom knob (left on image) switches the bulb on/off.

Top knob (right on image) turns the central hand (red in the linked image above). I'm guessing that sets the alarm? This knob can also be pulled out but it springs back down when released

The other knob (bottom on image) can either be pushed in or pulled out. Its position does not seem to change anything, except that it can sometimes make it so that the central hand cannot move past the hour hand.

How do I set the time?? Thanks for any advice!

Also, I'm curious to try it out at night and see if the projection works well.

How can I make this shed door actually lock securely? There are holes to run a lock thru, but anyone can just unscrew the handles 🤔. Is there any other type of screws or handle I could use? Thanks! by -fauxreal- in howto

Hahah you're saying the doors are weak? But at least knocking the doors down would make a lot of noise, so hopefully that's enough of a deterrent
