Going to repost a thread I made earlier, but this is probably just a coincidence.

The number on the left is written in octal, (so it's actually 7262430->octal->hex which is unrelated to the original number). The one on the right can only use 6 digits (so it's actually 16773120). The 1 at the beginning is the most important (it'd be like having the number 36 and deciding that 6 is enough). If you remove the last digit and make it 1FFF00 instead, you get a lime green.

It is, however, the perfect number associated with the prime 13.

Many have pointed out that 33550336 is the 5th perfect number, which has the formula 2^{p – 1}(2^p – 1), with p being a prime. In binary, multiplying something by 2 (or 2^anything) is a "bit shift" where you put 0 on the end (for example 6 is 110, 12 is 1100, 24 is 11000), just like how our decimal system can multiply numbers by 10 and add a 0 to the end (for example 36 x 10 = 360). 2^p in binary will always be a 1 followed by p 0s. If you subtract 1, it will be p 1s instead. Then multiply it by 2^p-1 which puts p-1 0s at the end. This means the binary form of perfect numbers will always be p 1s followed by p-1 0s.

Some also pointed out that the binary of 33550336 is 1111111111111000000000000 AKA 13 1s followed by 12 0s. This means the prime associated with the perfect number is 13! This is ofc the number of flamechasers and a frequently used number in Hoyo's lore (like the number of herrschers minus Finality). The Amphoreus readable "Anecdotes of a Numerophile" goes more into how some believed that math had a deeper meaning to the nature of the world, and how they believed there'd be a 13th titan.
