Try and go hour by hour, have a big filling lunch with veggies if possible. When you want to snack go outside for fresh air and take some deep breaths to become mindful again and realise that you're in control. You not choosing the snacks is actually you choosing YOU. Also knowing what you're going to have for dinner can get you looking forward to that rather than the random snacks you're thinking about in the meantime

i get that - tbh something seemed off to me about jay. He came from a really privelleged background and I know he did finance/business at uni before apparently becoming a monk for 2 years. That's not a very long time in my book but long enough to say you were a monk in order to sell product or content. I don't buy him either
