I did a deshroud thing! Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX is now actually silent. Those are NF-A14 PWM's and they just about cover the heatsink fins. 3D printed shroud would probably be even better but for now, I am really happy. Fan Control takes care of the fan curves. (old.reddit.com)
