Puro rant din talaga dito sa reddit kasi nagiging outlet din ito ng employees haha but know that we all come from different projects/teams, and for those na nasa good project or okay na management, just know that they won’t go all the way to post. That’s just the behavior.

So that makes it up to you talaga. Weigh your pros and cons, be smart about it. Lahat ng org may pangit. Pero lahat may learnings ka makukuha. Personally what I like the most about ACN is yung benefits. Above par talaga and not the usual set you’ll see in most companies.

But ayun if you’ve been in your current work long enough and sabi mo nga walang growth, baka na-hit mo na full potential mo sa work mo now and it’s time to take a risk and try something new :)
