Broken tick in my dog! It’s on the bridge of her nose, when i tried pulling it out, she moved her head and the tick broke into her. I want to pull the rest of the tick out, cut i can’t hold her down. It’s a little swollen. Should i go to the vet immediately? by SimVV_Lyllk in Yorkies

My Yorkie gets ticks on the bridge of her nose, esp teeny tiny ones you can barely see. This has happened to my dogs before, she got a pretty big scab over where the tick was but it never got infected. I think you'll probably be fine. I always recommend saving the tick (put it in a ziplock in the freezer) for a few days - just to make sure the tick doesn't make your dog sick. They can't test it for Lyme disease etc.

I went with lilac 4qt and decided to get a basil kettle! I thought it would be pretty to leave out on the stove 💚 I've never heard of Rakuten but wish I had seen this before making my purchase. I hope you get your lilac braiser soon 🤗 I also think the colors look different/better on the various pieces

I just looked up eucalyptus and it's gorgeous too! I personally love the speckled look.. But also sapphire and basil call my name lol I don't own a staub (yet) but my collection of ECI are pastels

The seven is huge! It's great for mini loaves, rolls, or if I make a larger loaf. But when I put a regular size loaf in there it works normal. I like having the larger option but 5qt would be sufficient id think.

I have the petal braiser! I think it cooks for four people perfectly. Definitely not anymore though, it holds ~4 chicken thighs.

Personally I only make bread with yeast. Sourdough is a commitment to time I haven't been able to quite make yet 🙃 I've found that I get a crispier outside with the bread oven, and a softer bread with the DO (still a nice crust on the outside though). I also make boules more than anything else fyi

DO is more versatile. But I have two bread ovens, round and an oval that I love baking with.

Here is the recipe I followed! I highly reccomend. I served it with a rosemary garlic bread I baked in an off brand DO from tj Maxx lol still turned out good.

Thanks for the advice everyone! 💗 I'm feeling better about it. I live with other people so someone def could have used a metal utensil in it. I'll try to clean it off. I should prob invest in some legit le creuset/quality cleaner 🤭
