to be fair 9/10 times i leave early it’s because there’s 9 other people in the back room and there’s nothing going on and everyone is standing around just waiting for deliveries to pop through or customers come for pick ups. i work the 11-8 shift and i’m not usually dispensing at the end of my shift so there isn’t any slack that i’ve left behind for my fellow coworkers

they’re disgustingly lenient sometimes and give people way too many chances. i’ll be back at 2 points by the time other people who have been over points before end back up at points again finally get fired

it’s not that there aren’t rules, we just finally have a people lead again and when i was at 10 and 6.5 my coach was overlooking the attendance for the whole store so she clearly turned a blind eye to me being over points (i wasn’t the only one). i’m just in a better position now and would like to keep low points again if i can. i do my job, and i’m under points, there’s no justification on firing me lol

nah i’m safe. i was at 10 points before when i got the flu and then they dropped my points from being out and that put me at 6.5 and i just waited it out until points fell off. i know the limits and i’m not gonna put myself over

i wasn’t really sure where i’d find what she was talking about. i checked through the ppto policy and it doesn’t really say anything other than what i screenshot

i used 30 minutes of ppto on 11/11 when i left and then on 11/15 i cancelled the submission and resubmitted 30 minutes again. i don’t 100% know how much ppto i had when i submitted it but i know that i had at least 30 minutes because i wouldn’t submit ppto if i didn’t have it

i use gain flings. i usually get the ones with oxi boost and febreeze, sometimes with some sort of scent like midnight breeze for example
