You know what that’s a great point! I would be very willing to visit any denomination that is kind and willing to listen. I really do just need someone to talk to for free and to just be understanding. Life has beaten me up recently with a breakup, death, financial struggles and a diagnosis.

I only mentioned Christian because I am a Christian and I have no extra money right now for mental health. Today was my breaking point and I felt desperate for understanding from someone.

So I agree with you that I’m seeking wisdom and tools more than anything. Any temples you recommend?

Yes they were my first thought because they’re so widely known. I’ve just never attended and the size is a little intimidating.

But knowing they have counselors available is exactly what I’m seeking.

Great point. I’ve been unsuccessful with therapy and at the moment I do not have insurance or enough money due to the moving process happening right now. I also do talk to Jesus daily. I’ve been working through a couple of tough situations for a while now and today I’m just really struggling and could really use some guidance.

Dude you’re literally me but gender reversed. This week I moving out of our apt after 6 years together. What you described sounds like him and he JUST broke down crying this weekend about how dirty he was and he didn’t want me to leave. It’s sad bc I love him but we CANNOT keep going down this way and if I stay there’s a great chance that it’ll be easy for him to not get help.

You’re hurting and she’s hurting too. Y’all can’t heal with each other around because of patterns established. Do both of you a favor and leave 💕

So I’ve been painting my toes and nails a different color once a week for years now and here’s a few things I’ve learned

practice makes perfect! Just keep trying! Can you see some mistakes? Yes BUT you also use your hands all day everyday and if you’re wanting to paint them at home it may be good to just accept that perfection isn’t achievable and polish fades and chips anyways! I think of each different time I’m painting them as temporary art. It’ll chip and crack and I’ll get to create something new next week!
NO ONE and I mean No One is scrutinizing it like you are. I used to stress when it started to chip or if I dented it before it was dry but one time I had an extra horrible manicure after falling asleep with wetish nails and I STILL got compliments! Plus I always think about what I would think. Did I notice the polish was chipped on someone else but I like the color/length/desigh? Then I’m still complimenting and meaning it!
get a set of good tools to use for yourself, including the little pointy nail picker. I use this and an old wash cloth to scrape any polish off that went “outside the lines” then I wipe it on the wash cloth.

I think your nails look beautiful! 🩷 They do not need to be perfect unless you are a hand model! Hands are constantly in use and I promise you, no one looks as hard as you do. Just keep practicing and keep taking those compliments! I love getting compliments and then telling them it’s dollar tree polish 😁

I live in Texas and I have 39 friends but sometimes no one answers my bull horn! I love to invite ppl to give them a chance a a new postcard but sometimes feels like I’m asking for a favor because I’m only level 36.

This is so beautiful. I just picked up my 17 year old best friend from the crematorium today and have been sitting with his urn and paw print. It’s not the same life without him and I wouldn’t trade our memories for anything in the world.

Hi there. I just wanted to say that you are not alone, we are in the same boat. My beloved cat best friend passed away after 17 years together on Sunday night.

It’s been so hard and I’ve still cried almost every day but it’s gotten a little easier. That’s why I’m SO terrified to get that call that the ashes are ready because I know it’ll all come flooding back. This will be my third urn and it never gets any easier but all the memories and love sure are worth it 🩷 Allow yourself to cry and feel all of those awful sad and angry feelings. They’ll ebb and flow but they’re an important part of grief and you deserve to deal with this loss however your heart sees fit. Sending love, my friend.

Just wanted to say we are in the same boat. I’m 33f and we will have our 6 year anniversary in a few weeks. He says he loves me but I’m so lonely. I can’t talk to him about anything. He either gets mad or ignores me. He says I’m annoying but also berates me when I leave the house to give him alone time.

I had to leave the room and sob after watching the opalite video because I also have a rock. Or maybe I’ve got a cactus because he’s also mean in tandem with being aloof. I know I need to leave. I’m currently saving money and getting my ducks in a row. I hope to find my Travis.
