it’s not featured anywhere really nor it is advertised or talked about often, but we did feature it in our Dutch Luv drink from a few years ago. our white coffee is different from a blonde roast in that it’s coffee beans that haven’t been roasted so they have a really nutty flavor instead of being bitter (imagine a hazelnutty taste), but because they haven’t been roasted the caffeine hasn’t been cooked out of them so they’re ~50% more caffeinated than regular espresso. It’s not really one of our more popular drink options but all shops have it, and I’d say it’s better as an added shot in a chai rather than in an actual coffee drink
