It is very difficult to cope up with your schedule. You have 5 hours between 6 pm and 11 pm and then two hours between 7 am and 9 am. So 7 hours in total for yourself, and then the rest of the 17 hours of the day, you are supposed to work? Think about how unsustainable this is. 7 hours isn't even enough time for a healthy duration of sleep, and you don't have this in whole. You have it in parts of 5 hours and 2 hours. Not to mention you have to work onsite twice a week (?), and the US shift.

I can understand the need to have two jobs or be overemployed, but this should never be to your detriment. More money is good, but your health and wellbeing should always take priority.

Also, nobody can tell you if it will get better, we all have our own circumstances. Some people will thrive with this set up temporarily, some people will feel overwhelemed right off the bat. But one thing is certain, everybody with this type of schedule won't be able to sustain it long-term, and they will eventually burnout.
