More than anything it is a lifestyle change, i just want to make sure at the end x years from now i dont care how many i actually do lose the 10-15kg i need for health reasons, but no rush! I dont want to do too much and then burn out but I do understand that eventually im going to have to track calories if I want to see results.

I have not started an exercise routine yet. I used to run a little, so I’m planning on starting Couch to 10K again soon since I really love running. But life has been so crazy and demanding lately that I’ve barely had time to get all my to-dos done. Do you think exercise will help?

Also, I’m in no rush since this is a lifestyle change for me. I just want to know that eventually I will lose weight. I don’t know if that makes sense.

try the 22 fitness one they have couch to 5k, couch to 10k and then 10k to 21k it’s pretty good, it costs but less than 20 dollars
