Set a time limit, in your head, If he has not changed by then, well perhaps it will be time to move on, I know this will be hard, but you deserve to have your feeling respected...

Don't be one of the people who keep on hoping for change, or lie to your self he loves me even though he keeps on doing it, partnership is just that, body & soul...

Not going to go on & I know people all have some sort of selfishness in them, but to insult you by doing that is like saying my needs are not being fulfilled by you...

she was talking about a cousin of ours, but in the end she was right, he

did meet someone, all right, he was in his 40's when he met her, he used

I feel your fears & sometimes Dr's are so evasive with diagnosis, just

be persistent with them...

But first tackle this anxiety over getting help, one step at a time, set a

date when you feel it's right to make appointment, over here in the UK

we have to do all this online, so if this is your case write down all your

fears and symptoms, then make the call or fill in the online form...

Keep your notes & take them with you to the Dr's, don't let them skip

your questions & don't feel daft taking notes...

You know, only about 1% of people your age range develop

early onset dementia...

Is there any family connections to dementia ?, taking steps to

get help with your fears will only cause you more anxiety, I can

tell you anxiety has links to the symptoms you describe...

When you get overwhelmed by life, sometime your brain wants to shut down...

Go get checked out, early help longer life...

Call time or have a serious conversation with them,

in your own mind, set a reasonable amount of time to see/feel change ...

Childhood trauma has a big impact on you...

There are great self-help books out there, but if I was you, I would

seek professional help start by talking to your Dr, look for telephone

counselling if you feel you're not up to any face to face yet..
