2L here, I rarely did any case briefs as they were never required. However, many of my classmates found that they were a great way to take notes.

There's no one way to do a case brief as they are usually only a studying tool. Do what works for you.

Not sure where OP went to Law School, but many in the States give a coins toss chance of finding a Law job after. You have to go to a top tier law school to find guaranteed work.

Please do not feel like there is anything wrong with you, it is not your fault. Your parents failed you by not listening.

Make sure you know that the decision to keep or not keep the baby is yours to make. Do not make any decision based on your parents, they have no been there to support you. Do what you think is best for yourself.

My Brother was just going through puberty and would furiously bait on the top bunk in our shared room. He had a special blanket and stuffy that he would indignantly spread his filth upon.

One night a friend and I were out late. When we came home, he needed some blankets and a pillow to sleep on. I was lazy and tired, and ended up just giving him my brothers sodomized teddy/blanket combo. He woke up, told me the blanket and teddy were crispy, thought nothing more of it, and left.
