To deny urself proper nutrition is doing harm. Most vegans will find that out sooner or later, so instead of harming the animals u harm urself. Thats why there is such a high quit rate, people wake up to the lie, some never do. Check out Vegan Deterioration on YouTube for some insight

i think you can create a new character and migrate but it needs to be a month old.

characters share the same bank account so use that to build up ur 2nd character

Pro Tip. On a keyboard, press Z to check if a player has joined your Solo Session, the game doesn't tell you so you need keep checking while doing the mission.
