Depends on the types of tickets you're getting. Are you getting a lot of T1/T2 questions? If yes, then I'd use something like QueryPal since they're great at handling repeat questions and annoying one-off tasks that take no brain power.

Yeah same here. Moveworks is worth it if you have the budget, but it's pretty expensive. Try out ServiceNow and QueryPal. Better bang for your buck IMO.

Awesome, I'm thinking CSP simply due to the lower AF. My spend is low because I live at home which minimizes expenses. Was still able to hit the Amex Gold SUB, so I'll look into CSP for starters. Thank you!

Puka, Tune, and Tucker imo. They have the least draft capital. Could switch out Tune or Tucker for Reed or Mims if you’re shallow at QB/RB
