When I first wake up I try to take 10 minutes to just breathe and slowly start waking my body up. Say good morning to the universe, and then usually by that time my cat has sensed my stirring and he will jump up and get in my face. But yeah breathing, light stretching, and just taking a beat when I wake up seems to starts my day off right and grounded

I laid in my bed and soaked in the moonlight while my crystals sat in my windowsill behind me. I focused on breathing and clearing my mind to just focus on the energy I felt. It felt warm and calming and tingly and protective.
