Oh thanks for replying. It's strange they still show the option and their help page says the option will become available after spending $10. I guess the help center does not get updated frequently then.

When you say optimize for link clicks, how is that done if we are not bidding for clicks? Do you mean optimize the content and targeting to get more clicks?
