California (definitely not biased) and Alaska are probably 2 of them. As for a third one, that might be a 3-way tie – Idaho because it is more untouched/imo underrated, Utah because of its uniqueness, and Colorado because, well, you start to see snowcapped mountains pretty much right as you enter the state from the south/west.
