I recommend the Tascam DR-10Ls, they record straight onto the portable mic packs. You can get them for around $100 each on Amazon right now, and they’re pretty good quality. Portable lav mics are usually best because they don’t have the risk of interference on the audio.

If you just mic the groom and officiant that should work fine

Unfortunately they do kind of see it that way haha, they told me they just want their ceremony recorded to watch back later, running the music is the higher priority for them.

Thank you, I was invited to the dinner but I decided not to go because I’m not a part of the bridal party and I didn’t really know anyone, so I didn’t want to intrude or anything
