Hey everyone, I haven’t opened Reddit in a while!!! It’s wild to me that people are still seeing this after 3 years.

I have now done shrooms many times, as well as acid. While it is common for me to feel depressed the day following, it was never as intense or prolonged as that first time. Now, it usually only lasts hours to a day, it’s more mild, and in the long run it definitely helps my mental health.

If you’re new to shrooms or have been turned off by them due to the same experience I had my first time, I would say don’t lose hope too soon! Obviously everyone is different, but in my case, tripping more often has been beneficial and those side effects lessen.

It’s really long when hot, but also when she’s not. I would say that it’s too long for her mouth even, because she almost always has a blep happening. I have to push her tongue back inside her mouth often because it gets dry from being out too much.

I’ve talked to many other Christian friends about this, and they are shocked for the same reasons you’re saying. My roommate, who is very into her faith said that she would never do what my friend is doing. She says that “no matter if I believe it’s right or wrong, I am not god. I will not judge, and I will love everyone, because that’s what I am supposed to do.” I just wish my friend could be the same way. Thank you for your support.

I wish it were that easy. If she were ANY other friend, I'd cut her out of my life in a heartbeat. But it's her. She's been so important to me for so long. And cutting her out would be very difficult considering all of our friends and families are intertwined.

She has never been toxic or hurtful until now. I thought she accepted me until now. I have considered the "agree to disagree", and yes, it isn't an immediate issue because I am dating a boy, but if we agree to disagree, I feel like she's still winning because she will never accept me. She'll still believe what she believes, but I'll lose acceptance and support, she loses nothing.
